About the wine
With this provocative Sauvignon Blanc 2015 — Sauvignon Friuli DOC Aquileia, the term taste takes on a new meaning. The blooming and fertile landscapes of Friuli give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Tenuta Cà Bolani conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Sauvignon Blanc with fish or goat cheese.
Tasting note
Bright yellow with greenish reflections, a mosaic of fruity and floral aromas, elegant and concise: grapefruit rosé, passion fruit, white peach, hawthorn, green pepper, tomato leaf and sage on the nose. On the palate, the fruity, floral bouquet. A good acidity that gives freshness and fragrance. The finale is long-lasting.
