Tasting note
Beautiful pale yellow in the glass. Typical aromas of melon, peach and pepper characterize the bouquet. Dry on the palate with remarkable length and a great burst of freshness.

Vinification
Careful harvest. The clarified must ferments at temperature-controlled 18-19 °C. The wine is then fermented in stainless steel tanks on its fine sediment for 5 months to bring out the typical varietal characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc.
