About the wine
If you're looking for something special, then you can't miss out on this distinctive Sauvignon Blanc 2018 — Sauvignon Winkl Alto Adige Terlaner DOC. Blooming and picturesque landscapes in South Tyrol give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Terlan conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Sauvignon Blanc is ideal to serve with mussels or white meat.
Tasting note
Intensely bright straw yellow in the glass with green reflections. Very fruity on the nose with the scent of apricots, tangerines and passion fruit complemented by elderflowers, gooseberries and mint. On the palate, the fruity impression continues, paired with fine acidity. The good structure and the mineral and at the same time aromatic finish are particularly convincing.

Goes well with asparagus dishes, Asian dishes, sea fish, crustaceans, vegetables, fish
Vinification
Harvesting and selecting grapes by hand, gently pressing and clarifying the must through natural sedimentation of the turbid substances. Slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aging for seven to eight months on fine yeast partly in steel tanks (80%) and partly in large wooden barrels (20%).
