About the wine
Its lively acidity and fruity nuances make this Sauvignon Blanc the perfect partner for relaxing evenings with friends.
Tasting note
Intensely bright straw yellow in the glass with green reflections. Very fruity on the nose with the scent of apricots, tangerines and passion fruit complemented by elderflowers, gooseberries and mint. On the palate, the fruity impression continues, paired with fine acidity. The good structure and the mineral and at the same time aromatic finish are particularly convincing.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with BBQ, asparagus dishes, Asian dishes, fish and vegetables.
Vinification
Harvesting and selecting grapes by hand, gently pressing and clarifying the must through natural sedimentation of the turbid substances. Slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aging for seven to eight months on fine yeast partly in steel tanks (80%) and partly in large wooden barrels (20%).
