About the wine
The landscape of Eastern Switzerland can be described in such words as hilly. However, the Swiss winery Erich Meier is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this Schaumwein. We think he succeeded! The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you serve this Schaumwein with oysters or fish dishes.
Tasting note
Made from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir grapes. Fresh aromas of raspberries and citrus. Dry, mineral on the palate and with a wonderfully balanced pearlage-acid structure.
