Bio
Tasting note
Aromatic nose of peach, gooseberry, lime and pineapple. Juicy fruit, incredibly fresh and lively, with a crisp bite and cool minerality in the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Quiche Lorraine and goes well with rich dishes such as duck, aromatic soft cheese and slightly spicy curries.
Vinification
Careful reading by hand. Fermented after gentle pressing at a controlled temperature and filled onto the bottle after standing on the yeast.
