About the wine

The Weegmüller family, old council family of the Free City of Zurich, emigrated from Switzerland to the Palatinate in 1657. In 1737 they settled in Haardt, a district of Neustadt an der Weinstrasse. Haardt, also known as Balkon der Pfalz, offers the best growing conditions for wines full of character. Stephanie Weegmüller now manages the estate together with her sister Gabrielle in the 11th generation. With over 25 years of experience in cellars and vineyards, the Weegmüller women press fruity white wines that impress with their density, juiciness and clarity. The high quality is already determined in the vineyard. The first-class terroir and the elaborate work on the vine are prerequisites for this.
