About the wine

The Pago de Ina family winery is located in Valladolid and relies entirely on the autochthonous Tempranillo grape variety. Thanks to the strictest selection in the vineyard and the latest cellar technology, typical terroir wines are produced with elegance and character.

Tasting note
Very intense cherry red color with violet shimmer. High aromatic intensity of red fruits, raspberries and currants, dark roasted notes reminiscent of sweets, coffee or chocolate. Silky, elegant and full-bodied, balsamic, fresh on a medium level. Harmonious finish with long-lasting aromatic persistence.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Selecciòn DO Ribera del Duero goes well with red meat, polenta and lasagna.
Vinification
Whole grapes without crushing, fermentation control at 24ºC and heating system for temperature control. Transfer by gravity, short maceration time, secondary (malolactic) fermentation in barrels.
