The wine-growing areas of the French winery Domaine Albert Mann extend across the landscapes of Alsace, where the experienced winemaker produces this white wine. Tasting note
A cuvée made from the typical white grape varieties of Alsace — a Tour d'Alsace, so to speak! Vinification
The two brothers work according to a biodynamic concept and refrain from using chemicals in the vineyard and industrial kilns in the cellar. Their white wines also use no wood at all. All work in the vineyard is done by hand, and the plots in terraces are even ploughed with horses.
