How do I create a customer account?

You can easily create your customer account during the ordering process. When you click on «Checkout» in the shopping cart, you will be asked if you already have a customer account or if you want to create one. If you want to create an account without being connected to an order, just click on the red man in the upper right corner and choose «register».

How can I customize my address?

You can easily customize your address via your customer account. Here you also have the option to add additional addresses.

Password forgotten / change

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on «Forgot password» when logging in. This will take you to a page where you can enter your email address – then you will immediately receive an email with a link where you can reset your password.

If you want to change your password, you can do this in your customer account under «Username & Password». To do this, you must enter your current password once.

I have forgotten my password and requested a new one. Why don't I receive an email with the new password?

Please check your spam folder. If you don't find the mail there either, you have probably placed all orders as a guest so far, for which you don't need an online login. In this case no password has been created yet. You are welcome to register as a «new» customer on the website with your e-mail address.
