The new Sgajo Prosecco DOC Treviso is a delicately sweet and aromatic variant of the Extra Dry, which is grown in the Piave plain. The 2013 bottling officially becomes a Prosecco Vegan: The preparation during pressing corresponds to that of a Prosecco DOCG with the must from the first pressing. To clarify the fermented wine, bentonite and vegetable protein from peas are used, if necessary, instead of protein products of animal origin. With a fragrant aroma, it is fresh and very accessible to enjoy, perfect as an aperitif.
