Tasting note
On the nose, it shows beautiful spicy notes and aromas of dark berry fruits. The body is strong, yet it looks elegant and balanced. A nice treat for the palate with an even more beautiful, clear finish with finely integrated tannins.

Flaschenpost team tip: Shiraz goes well with barbecue, game and roasted vegetables. Our recommendation: Enjoy this red wine at a slightly chilled 18°-20°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 5-8 years.
Vinification
All grapes grow on the Helskoogte Pass, around 600 m above sea level. This wine matured for 18 months in French and American 225-liter oak barriques.
