About the wine
“Sienta” is Valaisan German and means “sometimes.” Yes, sometimes it is simply time for a good glass of wine. The Sienta Blanche is reminiscent of a cozy picnic on a soft flower meadow. We were impressed by the aromas of citrus fruits and pears. Wonderfully harmonious.
Tasting note
The playful aromas of the Sienta Blanche of passion fruit, peach and almond express lots of character with a very unique structure. The playful nuances of lemon, lime and apple then show their own character. With a slim body and dominant acidity, this fruity white wine shows its impeccable quality.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, terrine, fish and poultry, vegetables and Asian dishes.
