Tasting note

The rocky and sandy soils as well as the limited yield give this cru its unique character. Dark ruby red color. Expressive bouquet of black fruits (blackberries, blueberries, black cherries), chocolate and vanilla. An aromatic and structured cru, with silky tannins and good acidity.

Culinary recommendation

Goes well with red meats and grilled meats.
