Tasting note
Blackberries, dried fruit and soft vanilla and cinnamon aromas delight the nose and palate of this full-bodied garnet red wine. A slight opening sweetness, a full-bodied body, a smooth, harmonious structure, lots of fruit and a long finish make the wine a lasting pleasure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with meat, beef with dark sauces, grilled or fried, and veal with dark sauces.
Vinification
Silentium was given plenty of time to reach perfect maturity: For a long time, the wine rested in barriques in a quiet cellar and was able to develop its full strength undisturbed.
