About the wine

Tasting note
This great estate wine combines the fresh, crisp style with the precise and delicate nature of sour wines in a perfect way.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the completely healthy grapes are left to stand for a cool maceration period of 18 hours. It is then gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before the wine is bottled after a short storage period.
