Tasting note
Brilliant, intense ruby red. On the nose, a lush fruit with blueberries, blackberries and ripe cherries, which are accompanied by fine roasted aromas, vanilla and tobacco notes. Very juicy on the palate, with lots of melting and fruit extract, stimulating spiciness, fine-grained tannins. A powerful, elegant wine that shows what is possible in Sardinia!

Vinification
Grapes exclusively from the vineyards of Juannisolu. During the fermentation process in steel tanks, the polyphenol-like substances are removed by constantly pumping over and under pounding the pomace cap. Before bottling, it rests for a few months in concrete tanks and in large wooden vats.
