About the wine
This distinctive red wine 2014 — Since 1974 Negroamaro Superiore DOP is in the truest sense of the word a hit right down to the last drop! Sunny and blooming landscapes in Puglia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Tenute Eméra conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Negroamaro with salsiccia or venison goulash.
Tasting note
The aromas of spices express a lot of complexity with a very special structure. Afterwards, the playful nuances of black plum and red plum reveal their own character. Powerful body and distinctive acidity result in the red wine, which, balanced with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with barbeque, roasts, grilled meats, cheese platters, pasta and red meats.
Vinification
This product was produced in a Bregenzt edition of only 7,500 bottles and was refined in French oak barrels for 12 months.
