About the wine

Tasting note
The refreshing scent spectrum of Sito Moresco Langhe DO of fruit compote, spices and tobacco shows a complex aroma character and a lot of finesse. The dominant nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper shape their individual texture. A strong body and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which is pleasant with fine tannins in the mouth and shows plenty of character and class.

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Sito Moresco Langhe DO goes well with red meat, pizza with mushrooms and ribeye steak.
Vinification
A few words about vinification: Each of the four grape varieties is processed individually and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 25 to 27 °C for 2 weeks. This is followed by maturation for 12 months in barriques followed by 6 months of bottle aging.
