About the wine
The provocative Grenache 2016 — Siuralta Gris DO is the missing piece of the puzzle on your wine rack. To get a feel for the barren landscape aesthetics in Catalonia, there is no way around this white wine, which the Spanish winery Vins Nus masters with a keen sense of texture. Flaschenpost team promises a dining experience when you offer this grenache with burgers with blue cheese or red meat.

Tasting note
Slightly turbid. On the nose, beautiful aromas of citrus, grapefruit, quince and exotic fruits with beautiful mineral notes. Harmonious on the palate, with well-integrated acidity and notes of pineapple, grapefruit and Granny Smith. Long lasting finish.

Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the white wine is slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The recommended enjoyment phase of this wine is in the following period: Now until 2024. Vinification
Yellow clay. Whole grape pressing after 4 days of maceration. Maturation for 8 months in amphorae and steel vats.
