Tasting note
Beautiful purple-red. The aroma is reminiscent of dark berries, licorice and — soft in the background — chocolate. The palate is full-bodied and harmonious. A wine that is perfect for every dish.

Our recommendation: Enjoy this red wine at a slightly chilled 14°-16°C. The following period is the ideal enjoyment phase of this wine: Now until 2019. Flaschenpost team recommends Flaschenpost team with poultry, duck and slightly spicy red meat.

Mash fermentation in steel tanks, aging in used barriques (10%).
