Tasting note
Yellow with green reflections. Clear and transparent. Strong and complex fruity bouquet. Very clean and with notes of dry fruits such as almonds. Rich and elegant. Good body and good acidity. Relatively warm, round and well-balanced. Pleasing and elegant The aftertaste confirms the notes in the bouquet.

Goes well with aperitifs, cold starters, fish
Vinification
A few words about vinification: The two grape varieties have different ripening periods, so they are vinified separately. The expansion takes place in steel tanks. Soave grapes are harvested in the Monte Tenda vineyard. Monte Tenda is located in the oldest zone of origin, namely in the municipality of Monteforte d'Alpone, which, together with the municipality of Soave, forms the classic zone of the Soave wine. The vines of Garganega were grown in the 80s using the Trentine system, called “Pergoletta Trentina”. The yield is 6 dz/ha. Acidity 5.6 g/l, dry extract 20.6 g/l.
