About the wine

Give yourself a treat for the senses with the delicious Solare from 1999! Fertile and blooming Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Capannelle conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity.

Tasting note
Bouquet with notes of cassis, caramel, dried tobacco, juniper and dark chocolate. Mineral palate with soft, well-integrated and elegant tannins. Strong structure, woody aftertaste.

Goes well with game, stews, spicy cheese, raclette
Vinification
The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barriques.
