Tasting note
Pale pink with copper reflections. Fresh and fruity on the nose with pronounced citric notes of grapefruit and nuances of white flowers. The aromas are reflected on the palate and show a nice intensity. The acidity is pleasant and lively, the finish long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with summery, light dishes. Enjoy it with grilled scallops, tuna tartare or as an outdoor aperitif.
Vinification
The grapes are picked and pressed separately. After gentle pressing, the must remains on the mash for 1-2 hours at 10° degrees in order to extract color and characteristic aromas from the berry peels. Alcoholic fermentation is followed by ageing in steel tanks together with fine yeast. This is followed by the blending of Merlot and Aleatico.
