About the wine
Fertile and sunny landscapes in Puglia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Carvinea di Maria di Beppe creates this red wine with refinement and experience. You will definitely have a lot of fun with the fine Sorma Ottavianello Salento Rosso IGP, which was produced in 2018.
Tasting note
Dense ruby red with purple reflections. Ripe, fruity aromas of blackberry and cassis, herbaceous notes, a touch of menthol, light notes of leather. Velvety start, seductive spice on the palate, full body, well-integrated tannins and a long finish. An elegant food companion, with an intense, very long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Thai dishes and couscous with stuffed zucchini.
