On the palate, the wine immediately surprises with its completely dry appearance, which was not to be expected after the sweeping nose. Of course, the intense aromas of this noble grape variety dominate even now, which is mostly aged as a sweet dessert wine. But the wine is extremely balanced and has an aromatic clarity and purity, to which the perfectly adjusted acidity also contributes. An immensely interesting wine that should be on top form with all kinds of cheese or Asian dishes.
