About the wine
To get a feel for the hilly landscape beauty of Aargau, there is no way around this red wine, which the Swiss winery Nauer masters with a keen sense of texture. We have a special, dominant red wine from 2018 for you, which is enthralled by many wine connoisseurs. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Pinot Noir with salmon or duck.
Tasting note
Ruby red. Berry-fruity aromas with fine spicy notes, fresh fruity, aromas of cherries, plums and raspberries. Full and juicy body, which is supported by smooth tannins. Middle finish.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Spätlese Pinot Noir Tegerfelder Classic AOC passt perfekt zu Lachs, rotem Fleisch und Ente.
Vinification
Mash fermentation for 8 days at a maximum of 28°. Ageing: part in steel tanks, other part in used barriques
