Vinification
Unique production process for a wine with 0% alcohol The grapes are harvested at night. In this way, you benefit from the cooler temperatures. Winemaking is then carried out using a traditional process. This is followed by the dealcoholization phase, which is important for Pierre 0%. The wine is enriched with carbonic acid. This elegant non-alcoholic mousseux is then bottled and the bottles are furnished in true style.
