Tasting note
The Pierre Zéro Rosé Sparkling radiates with a pale, salmon pink color with bright reflections, which has a fairly fine perlage, delicate and persistent. The nose smells with nuances of nutmeg, floral and fruity aromas of currants and raspberries. On the palate, it convinces with a nice softness and freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grills, red meats and cheeses.
Vinification
The cuvée is the result of a careful selection and blending of French wines from the south of France. The grapes are harvested at night to take advantage of the low night temperatures. The winemaking and production process are then carried out using traditional methods. It is dealcoholized to give Pierre 0% its true meaning. The bubbles are created, the non-alcoholic sparkling wine is bottled before being dressed in its unique style.
