About the wine

Tasting note
A light straw yellow in color. On the nose, an intense scent with hints of fresh flowers and fine fruits. The Spumante Brut Cuvée Jadér is fresh and aromatic on the palate. The perlage is fine and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif, but also with fish, seafood and truffles or served with a good dessert.
Vinification
The Naonis Spumante Brut Cuvée Jadér is made from grapes from the best vineyards, the selection of which is carried out according to strict rules. The base wine is fermented with selected and regional yeasts at a controlled temperature. At the end of the fermentation, the stabilization and filtration process follows. After filtration, the wine is bottled and corked using state-of-the-art technical equipment.
