Tasting note
The nose is characterized by chicory and salted lemon with a beautiful exoticism. The wine shows a demanding depth, thanks to low but concentrated yields. Very dry with fine bitter tones that suit the wine well. A great food companion.

Goes well with fish, vegetables, pasta.
Vinification
The maturation in 1,200 liters of wood cask gives a nice harmonious finish.
