Pierre-Luc Leyvraz knows how to make the most of the advantages of Saint-Saphorin, from its steep Les Blassinges slope, like no other. The soil is barren and contains only a small amount of clay, but is very calcareous. This terroir is reflected in the wine, which is fresh and fruity with mineral and floral notes. Aromas of almonds, quince and honeysuckle on the palate indicate its full-bodied character and end in a salty finish.
