With sensitivity and instinct, the winemaker from the Swiss winery Montfalcon masters this white wine in the beautiful and fertile landscape of Vaud. The powerful Chasselas 2016 — St. Saphorin Lavaux AOC is the missing puzzle piece in your wine rack. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This chasselas can be served very well with terrines or fish.
