A very elegant Cap Classique made from 100% Pinot Noir. Delicate salmon pink, pleasant berry scent, soft on the palate with a very fine perlage, mild with little acidity, nice, attractive aroma, good length, noble and fine also on the finish. <br><br>made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes
Culinary recommendation
It is fantastic as an aperitif in summer with small tapas or as an ideal addition to dessert with strawberries and rhubarb.
