About the wine
Strada wine stands for delicious wines and sparkling wines with grapes from Schaffhausen Pinot Noir and Zurich wine country. The winery builds on over 70 years of tradition, but has been breaking new ground since 2017, after the Davaz family took over the business. We are eagerly looking forward to Hallau and are already looking forward to exciting new wines from the region.

Tasting note
The nose shows aromas of ripe stone fruits, fresh apples and citrus fruits. Persistently fine, beautifully integrated perlage. Fresh and fruity on the palate with a full body and fine texture. Stays fresh and round on a medium-long finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with aperitif and antipasto.
