Excellent with summer dishes, cheese and vegetable cakes, light meat dishes, fish, salmon tartare and cold roasts. It also goes wonderfully with pasta cuisine and spicy cheeses such as chaumes or goat cheese.

All varieties are vinified by direct pressing. The Cinsault and the Tibouren in stainless steel tanks. The grenache and the roll are partly vinified in tulip-shaped concrete containers with a rounded bottom. This egg-shaped shape results in a natural convection movement, which keeps the dust suspended and has the same effect as a batonnage and gives the wine a lot of structure.
