About the wine
Careful, tasty! This rosé is made from Primitivo grapes in Salento in southern Italy. The “boot heel” region of Italy is characterized by the sea through and through: While the gourmets gather on the terrace with a sea view in the evening for a refreshing glass of wine, the young people dance on the beach until sunrise. With Summa Summarum Rosé, you have the perfect summer wine for carefree hours — Salento joie de vivre included!

Tasting note
Intense rose red with violet nuances. Fresh, varietal aromas that gain complexity in the bottle. Excellent balance between acidity and tannins. A wonderfully fresh, aromatic and tasty rosé.
Vinification
After pressing, the skins are immediately separated from the must so that the color is not too intense. The must is fermented in steel tanks at 17-18°C for approximately 15-20 days. The young wine remains in steel tanks until bottling.
