Summer in a Bottle takes you to the rosé heart of the world, the Côtes de Provence in France. The distinctive, conscious and focused approach to producing sophisticated, fruity and elegant rosé wines comes from where rosé is most famous.
Tasting note
Pale, pale pink color. Amazing aromas of mandarin, citrus, peach and lovely floral notes.. The lively and vibrant fruit prevails until the long, elegant finish with classic saltiness. The mouthfeel is perfectly balanced with polished minerality, wonderful skin characters, fine yeast notes and playful acidity.
Culinary recommendation
The perfect partner for seafood, chicken, turkey, veal, pork and even spicy dishes, charcuterie, cheese and - very classic - bouillabaisse.
