Tasting note
Deep ruby red. On the nose, the red wine from Puglia shows intense fruit aromas of blueberries, ripe red fruits and tobacco with a gentle spiciness. The palate is soft and elegant, full-bodied with a pleasant freshness, the tannins are ripe and well integrated.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta, game, grilled meat, spicy cheeses.
Vinification
Hand harvest. Aging in steel tanks as well as in various types of wood.
