Tasting note
The freshness of Cabernet, the good taste of Petit Verdot and the fruitiness of Merlot become a Mediterranean symphony in this wine, which has been aged in wood for 18 months, with notes of undergrowth and stone. Goes well with meat dishes and genuine Sicilian dishes such as pasta alla Norma.
