About the wine

Lux Vina stands for the best wines from the Domaines Chevaliers winery. Patrick Z'Brun and his cellar master Christian Gfeller have chosen the most outstanding vineyards for this. In some cases, old terraces that were difficult to access were revitalized and dry stone walls were restored. The oldest vines for Lux Vina are well over 50 years old and produce small yields, but extremely complex grapes. Lux Vina is intended to provide an adequate stage for the incredible quality potential of these vineyards, which lie on calcareous and stony soils between Salgesch and Chamoson. Seven wines impressively demonstrate how the fascinating light of the Alps allows wines with a very specific origin character to grow. The Vins des Chevaliers brand, which has been established for many decades, is of course preserved and continues to stand for reliable quality. Rooted, high-quality, future-oriented — that is Lux Vina from Domaines Chevaliers.
