This Syrah is a red natural wine in which the pure grapes are in the bottle, no sulfur, unembellished, unfiltered and pure. Deep, clear fruit interacting with clear notes of dried herbs. Powerful elegance, close-meshed structure, fine minerality. Syrah as an unadulterated expression of its origin. VINIFICATION Spontaneous fermentation without temperature control in a fermentation rack. Maturation for 17 months in used barrique without addition of sulfur on the whole yeast. Minimal sulfur added before bottling. Not embellished. Unfiltered.
