Tasting note
Ruby red with purple reflections. Opulent bouquet of ripe cherries and plums. With nuances of dark chocolate and burbon vanilla. On the palate, you experience a fruity start with a balanced, velvety structure. The smooth finish is accompanied by a pleasant fullness.

Goes well with pizza, pasta, generously seasoned dishes, lamb, venison, and hard cheese.
Vinification
Aging for 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
