Tasting note
Brilliant yellow with white reflections. Inviting notes of stone fruit on the nose. Delicate, with pleasant shades of white flowers and vanilla. Refreshing, aromatic and mineral on the palate with a long and fresh finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with sumptuous appetizers, seafood, shellfish and cooked fish with light sauces.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels.
