About the wine

Fertile and blooming landscapes of Tuscany give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Batzella conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. With this dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 — Tàm, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Cabernet Sauvignon can be served very well with pizza with mushrooms or ribeye steak.

Tasting note
Intense garnet red color, powerful and lush Bordeaux nose with aromas of cassis and blackberry with a slight roasted aroma. Full-bodied and dense on the palate. Aroma-rich and warm, strong tannins, long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with stews, grilled meats, fine cuts of meat, lamb, beef and beef.
Vinification
The wine is aged for 18-24 months in French barriques and matures for at least 12 months in bottle.
