Tasting note
Light yellow color, very fruity on the nose, especially grapefruit and pineapple. Pleasantly refreshing acidity on the palate and an exotic finish.

Vinification
All grapes are carefully harvested by hand. The vinification takes place without oxygen and at low temperatures to maintain freshness and fruitiness.
