Das fruchtige Bukett des Tasnim Sauvignon Blanc IGT Dolomiti von Passionsfrucht, Nektarine und Basilikum zeigt aromatische Komplexität und viel Genusspotential. Die markanten Noten von Limette und grünem Apfel gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Leichter Körper und markante Säure ergeben den Weisswein, welcher im Mund viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.

Goes well with asparagus, onion soup, grilled and fried fish, snails or simply as an aperitif.
Vinification
It is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks on fine yeast and for 6 months in large wooden barrels.
