Tasting note
Strong to dense ruby red. A bouquet with blackberries, dried fruits, plums and spicy components on the nose. On the palate, a soft, warm start, berry and wide middle section and persistent finish.

Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: Rutishauser baseline. Pinot Noir grapes grow between the Rhine and Aare, on southwestern slopes, benefiting from a warm, balanced climate.
