This wine is made from 100% grapes without any additives, neither yeasts, enymes nor sulfur. It was fermented in small tonanphores, so-called tinajas. It is a so-called orange wine, a white wine that has been fermented on the skins. More organic is not possible, but Ana refuses to have to give account and money to the organic control for the “omission” of trickery, during which the conventionally working wine industry is allowed to mix chemical and funny agents into the wine without any declaration and leaves it up to customers to determine the causes of their boboches and to fathom allergies yourself.
