About the wine
If you want to surprise a wine connoisseur, then with this dominant Chardonnay 2015 — Terre di Tufi Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOC! The fertile and blooming landscapes of Tuscany give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Teruzzi & Puthod conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Chardonnay with truffles or soft cheese.

Tasting note
Intense yellow Floral-fruity bouquet, clearly reminiscent of white flowers and limes, nuances of exotic fruits and vanilla as well as subtle roasted aromas are also discernible. Full and soft palate, characterized by citrus notes, white pepper and sweet roasted aromas. Tasty richness with a medium-long finish.
Culinary recommendation
A sophisticated choice with Vitello tonnato, vegetable terrine and grilled fish.
Vinification
After harvesting in September, the must is fermented in steel tanks. The young wine is then aged in French barriques for four to five months (30% new and the rest used once).
